To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall experience of all guests, the following rules are strictly enforced. By booking, you agree to comply fully. Failure to adhere will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.

1. Adults Only
All renters and guests must be at least 21 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every adult boarding the vessel. No exceptions.

2. ID Verification Required
All guests must submit to ID verification prior to boarding. Refusal or failure to provide ID will result in cancellation of the rental without refund.

3. No Parties or Events
This is not a party boat. Large gatherings, raves, DJs, club-style events, or any activity resembling a party are strictly prohibited.

4. No Illegal Substances or Activity
Drugs, underage drinking, and any illegal behavior are grounds for immediate termination of the rental. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will contact authorities if necessary.

5. No Excessive Noise
Music is permitted at a reasonable volume. Sound systems may not be used to project music across the water. Please respect local noise ordinances and neighboring vessels.

6. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking of any kind (including vaping or e-cigarettes) is not permitted on board. This includes all areas of the vessel, including the deck.

7. No Glass Containers
All beverages must be in cans or plastic containers. Glassware is not allowed onboard under any circumstances.

8. No Pets
Animals are not allowed on board, regardless of size or breed. Exceptions for certified service animals must be requested in advance and approved in writing.

9. No Swimming, Diving, or Jumping Off the Boat
Entering the water from the boat is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted and under calm conditions. Unsafe behavior will result in termination of the rental.

10. Proper Footwear Required
Only non-marking, soft-soled shoes are allowed on board. High heels, boots, or black-soled shoes are not permitted. Bare feet are acceptable.

11. Arrival Time Is Your Start Time
Your reservation begins at the scheduled start time. Arriving late does not extend your rental window. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefings.

12. The Captain Has Full Authority
If a captain is provided, they have full control over navigation and safety decisions. Guests must follow all captain instructions at all times. Disregarding safety directions may end the rental.

13. You Are Financially Responsible for Damages
Any damage to the vessel or its equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or rule violations will be billed to the renter in full.

14. Cleanliness and Trash Removal
Please remove all trash and personal items upon disembarking. A cleaning fee will be assessed if the vessel is returned in poor condition.

15. No Refunds for Rule Violations
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. This includes behavior that jeopardizes safety, breaks local laws, or disrespects crew or equipment.
